Development plans for Epstein's private tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore included in this latest document drop is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had created development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and features a legend detailing different parts of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including layouts for marina coverings.
Further materials released as part of the current congressional disclosure.
